Birds & Blooms Thinlets #gdp093

I love visiting Ikea and as I made this card I thought of all the great fabrics they have in store. The Lemon Lime Twist colour is sooooo cool, yes it's really really bright but it lends itself to so many colour combinations and mused with grey and pink just looks great.

I die cut these birdies from the Birds & Blooms Thinlets set in Berry Burst, Pool Party & Basic Grey and arranged them over the LLT panel. The sentiment us from the matching Best Birds stamp set and I've framed it in 2 tones for extra interest. A simple yet striking card.

I was also inspired by the designers at the Global Design Project with challenge #GDP093

Banners for You #wwys122

http://whatwillyoustamp.blogspot.com.au/
Welcome to another week of What Will You Stamp? To participate in this week's challenge and to see all the great projects from the Design team using this set be sure to visit the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Blog or simply click the photo below. This week we were challenged to use the Banners for You Stamp set.

I use this stamp set all the time! Many of the projects I've seen that use this set tend to have the curly banners. I decided to go with this triple, straight line banner - which proves to be a little harder to use.

A bit of inside stamping with the floral images in the stamp set really match the front colours from Whole Lot of Lovely a DSP.

Hats off to You - Guy Greetings #CI11

Today I've made a fun and simple guy card that could be used to congratulate someone, or just say you're great! The colours work well together and I was inspired by the Colour INKSpiration team on facebook, their link is below. This very manly man in the stamped image looks almost a bit comical with this oversize hat on his head. I love it nonetheless.

Ink it! Stamp it! Blog Hop - New Catalogue #inkitstampit

Welcome to the Ink it! Stamp it! Blog Hop. The Design Team have been busy making projects inspired by our NEW CATALOGUE theme. The team are from all over Australia and have created amazing projects to share tonight. The full line up below will guide you through all the projects and we'd love to hear from you on what your favourite new product from the new catalogue is?

I have chosen this AWESOME new bundle to showcase. I love COFFEE!! I can't start my day without one and so instantly I fell in love with this cool bundle. The matching Coffee Break Designer Series Paper (DSP) is swish and has a very masculine feel, but dressed up with some pretties can easily be converted to a lovely card for anyone.

I'm in love! The matching Dies make cutting a breeze, even the coffee beans have their own die!

All the designs on the paper are super cool, I really wanted to share my favourites in this simple card design.
I love this sentiment, it's so true "Life happens, coffee helps"

I can see so many possibilities, from iced coffee's to milkshakes, gift card holders to treat bags all dressed up in coffee. Here's a pic with more ideas from the Stampin' Up!® website - don't these look fab!

If you like the colour combination, please share it on your favourite Pinterest board!

Thank you so much for joining us today. We hope that you'll join us again next month to see our Let's Get Technical projects where we'll be sharing a crafting technique. I'm Carolina and to keep hopping around see the list below to see who is up next.
