Its a Colour Challenge for March with the Lets Craft Together

Welcome back to another Let's Craft Together Blog Hop! This months theme is a gorgeous deep, rich Colour Challenge set by Monique.

I have created a TRIFOLD card! Each panel is decorated with a collage of images from Artistically Inked - one of my all time favourite stamp sets.
Here's the challenge picture - how gorgeous is this inspiration picture - the colours are so rich and vivid.
Lets take a closer look at my card. I have used one of my favourite stamp sets - Artistically Inked. I have used this technique before but each time I collage with this set, I fall in love with the images all over again.
I've never seen a Pretty Peacock (teal) coloured flower, have you?  Hahahah it doesn't matter what colour you ink these images in, they always come up beautifully.
Watch me make it here...
Let's open the the TRIFOLD panels... I've added the belated birthday sentiment from 'Something Fancy', its another favourite coz its true, I'm always late sending birthday cards!
There are 5 stamped panels in total:
x2 Large - Black Frame 9.8 cm x 14.3cm || White Panel 9.5cm x 14cm
x3 Small - Black Frame 7.3cm x 10.3cm || White Panel 7cm x 10cm
TriFold Card Base  - x2 C6 (1/2 A4) overlapped & glued together
This colour combination is just soooooo fabulous!!

Using Designer Series Paper with Lets Craft Together Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Let's Craft Together Blog Hop! This months theme is using DSP - Designer Series Paper!

I have created a coooool card with the free Trusty Toolbox DSP from this year's SALEABRATION catty and I’ve covered this card from head to toe with paper! I think I've nailed the brief.
Here's the challenge picture
Lets take a closer look at this card. I've paired the paper with another newbie from the 2024 Mini Catalogue a cool new hybrid embossing folder and die combo for sentiments.
This fun fold card is technically a gatefold .. but the front panels are not equal widths, you can make them as thin or thick are you like!
Cardbase is half a sheet of A4, scored along the long side at 4cm & 14.5cm

I covered the front panels in Real Red & Lost Lagoon dsp patterns
For the inside I have carried the idea through- all panels are covered!
The sentiment is from the very NEW Thoughtful Moments Embossing & die cutting bundle.  It's a cool new way to create a sentiment, silly me forgot to get the brayer that is the best way to ink up the emboss folder, so I have used a sponge dauber to add ink. It works well, but the brayer wont ink inside the lettering.
A gorgeous rich colour combination!
Be sure to continue on the hop below!

Its a Colour Challenge with Lets Craft Together Blog Hop

Happy New Year friends! Welcome to 2024 and to the start of another Let's Craft Together Blog Hop! This months theme is a Colour Challenge.

I have created one of my favourite style of card. I call it 'the Collage' card. I've picked 4 of the challenge  colours to create this fun and cool background, using images from Next Destination stamp set.
Here's the challenge picture - this picture made me think of 'going somewhere' so thats why I picked the travel stamp set. I'd love to be able to travel more especially overseas to see my relatives more. I did recently spend a month away in Chile - we had a fabulous time, I wish it had of been for longer.
Lets take a closer look at this card.
I'm loving the sketch like images in this stamp set, I like the way they stamp onto the paper, in particular I think this type of image makes for a really cool collage look.
I start out by lining up my images on the ink pads...
then I start stamping all over my white panel, being careful to not overlap the images too much, its that easy.
As this is a white card base, I have stamped directly onto the card base to decorate the inside.
A pretty pink and purple card - its been ages since I've used this kind of combo.
Be sure to continue on the hop below!

Thanks so much for stopping by and hopefully I have inspired your creativity. I love reading your comments, be sure to leave me a quick hello below!

A Bush Christmas with Lets Craft Together Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Let's Craft Together Blog Hop! This months theme is 'A Bush Christmas'.

I have created a Double Easel Pop Up card with lots of foliage that represents the 'bushy' of this theme
Here is the challenge picture
Lets take a closer look at this card. I have mainly used the Classic Christmas Bundle with some help from the Cottage Wreath bundle. Notice how the wreath and bunch of foliage are sideways... there's a reason for this...keep reading
The double easel part is supported by a large circle sentiment, raised on foam dimesionals. The writing panel has been reserved to the back of the card.  Make sure you adhere the decorated square panels whilst the card is OPEN, that way you'll know they'll be the right way round when the card is opened by the recipient.
I've created a quick template guide for you using an A5 sheet of cardstock.
These are the cut outs you'll need...
The writing panel is on the back, wth plenty of writing space!
A rich, deep tone for this card, but its still nice and bright with Soft Sea Foam as its base.
Be sure to continue on the hop below!

Beary Christmas with Lets Craft Together Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Let's Craft Together Blog Hop! This months theme is a Sketch Challenge.

I have created a super cute Christmas card using the new Beary Christmas DSP
The hero to this paper is all about the Polar Bears. I love them. Although we celebrate Christmas in summer time in Australia, I wanted to make some winter/cold inspired cards - I'm so glad I picked the paper!
Here's the challenge picture - I've turned it 90 degrees and used the sketch horizontal instead
Lets take a closer look at this card. The main feature of this card is of course the beautiful designer paper, today I've paired with Christmas Classics - these greetings are so stylish.
The DSP pack has so many cute bear I decided to cut one out to stick to the front
The other cut outs is the wreath, see the next pic and how I layered it.
The polar bear sits on this wreath, made from a couple of cut outs,
I've used the wreath die from Cottage Wreaths and the new 2-3/8" circle punch

The inside ... see the cutie to the side? I love using the 'half' images you find on the edges of paper to decorate the inside. You don't always need a full image and this way these ones don't go to waste.

There he is!

A striking Christmas combo - also a great nautical combo!

THE CRAFTIMATH! Although I'm not sure the before was any better.
